We are thrilled to announce that the first issue of the Asian Journal on Addictions (AJA) has been published! AJA is the official journal of the Asian Association for Substance Abuse Research (AASAR). This new journal publishes articles on a wide range of addictions, including but not limited to tobacco addiction, alcohol addiction, illicit drug use and abuse, gambling addiction, internet addiction, gaming addiction, and sex addiction. It is open to qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods research from diverse disciplines.
Edited by a distinguished team of addiction experts from across the region, the Asian Journal on Addictions promises to be an invaluable resource for anyone working in the field of addiction in Asia and beyond. We look forward to seeing the impact that this new publication will have on the field of addiction research and treatment, and we encourage researchers and practitioners from across the region to submit their work for future issues.
